The pub grub here is classic, comforting, and unfussy—exactly what you need after a long week. Plus, because of its location, it’s an effortless stop after a weekend family outing.

2. The Rose & Crown (Green Street Green)

If you’re looking for a spacious garden with plenty of room for the kids to let loose, The Rose & Crown in Green Street Green is a fantastic choice.

This pub boasts a massive outdoor garden area that feels like a local sanctuary on a sunny afternoon.
